Example Member Directories

Greenleaf ONE connects your data, be it from WordPress, CiviCRM or supported remote sources (databases, RSS, Google Sheets, and more), directly to elements in its default drag and drop builder, making the display and management of data fast, easy and styled natively to your website.

Below we list three examples where contact data that sits in CiviCRM is displayed dynamically on the site.

Example 1

In this section, we’ve taken contact data stored in CiviCRM and displayed it in a table format. This table is sortable, filterable and searchable, allowing users to quickly find members.

The fields exposed in the table are fully customizable and can include related data.

A table like this is best used to list large numbers of members and to allow them to be search. Each row naturally links to the individual member’s detail page.

  • Data sits entirely in CiviCRM, including custom fields.
  • Uses one table element.
  • Takes less than 30 mins to build this out.
  • Replaces Drupal Views.
  • Similar to CiviCRM SearchKit

Example 2

In this example, we’re displaying contacts directly from CiviCRM using a ‘grid element’. Each panel, in this example, is linked to a member detail page which provides more information on each member.

Grids are best used to show more data for each member, such as name, image, date, summary and more, and is often used to highlight a subset of data.

Example 3

In this example, we’re displaying contacts directly from CiviCRM using a ‘gallery element’. Each panel, in this example, is linked to a member detail page which provides more information on each member.

Galleries can be used anywhere and are an elegant and simple way to display constituents, be they members, donors, volutneers or staff.
